Q. Thanks a lot. I am doing my project about fashion business. I've just launched my own brand in my mind. I would like to benchmark EILEEN FISHER which is famous for timeless casual fashion brand from the USA. What's your target audience?
A. well.. Our target audience? erm... it's sort of common questions for us. you know our target is middle-aged women, rather than younger and trendy women. but we focus on all the women because our size range is wider than normal size ranges. Furthermore, we've got 3 different types depending on customer's body type. you can check our website.

Q. Thank you. I am just wondering about size range. what exactly makes the brand different with the size?
A. We are located between normal American size and European size. American size tend to be more comfortable and relax compared to France size. But EILEEN FISHER has got wide size range between USA and EU. For example, UK 8 size is our brand's XS size (the smallest size of normal line).
Q. Oh I see. what's advantages of the brand?
A. so many.. our company is quite small but very influential in the USA. Our customers are seldom disappointed of our items because of its simplicity and good quality. In the UK, we've just launched one more standalone store in Wimbledon Village.
Q. Oh really!! It's amazing. It's too hard to dig into UK fashion market for overseas brands. By the way, how many stores has it got in England?
A. Let me think.. In my memory, it could be 6 stores. 3 stores are in Wimbledon Village, Marylebone high street and Covent Garden. 3 concession at Fenwick department stores. Of course, Fenwick Bond Street is the first concession in the UK.
